In some instances a social worker, that specialises in this field will be involved in the process to advise on a number of aspects:- It is important to address certain eventualities in this agreements. The National Health Act 61 of 2003 and the Regulations thereto will be applicable.
- The recipients of donor gametes (sperm and or eggs) are regulated by the said Regulations.
- The Children's Act 38 0f 2005 will also have bearing.
